We are a health and safety consultancy specialising in providing health and safety services for small, medium and large sized organisations within the Construction, Rail, Telecommunications, Utility / Renewable Energy, Airport and Industrial sectors.

We will ensure that you have the correct systems and standards in place. You will have a customer focused, friendly and flexible adviser, who will understand and meet your health and safety needs, providing you with peace of mind that you are complying with your legal duties, reducing accidents and incidents to your workforce and others and reducing the possibilities of being prosecuted.
Depending on the package your company can benefit from a range of the following services from as little as £60.00 p/m* payable via Direct Debit or a Standing Order.
- Initial review of your health and safety policy and procedures.
- A briefing to management on the key issues at the end of the review followed by a detailed written report.
- A full review of your health and safety procedures / safety management system followed by a detailed written report.
- You will be entitled to designate us as your "Competent Advisor"
- Act as your health and safety appointed person "competent adviser" to provide unlimited advice via telephone and e-mail as required answering your health and safety queries 24/7 seven days a week.
- Quarterly site visits to undertake site safety tours / inspections
- Regular news letter on workplace legislation
- Annual audit of your health and safety policy and procedures and report to demonstrate continuous improvement
- Prepare bespoke health and safety policies and procedures
- Training needs analysis for full time employees
- Management and control of your training database providing monthly reports of what training is due to expire
- Availability of a consultant to undertake site inspection
- Availability of a consultant to undertake accident & incident investigations and produce a written report
- Availability of a consultant to undertake safety management system audits of your approved contractors / suppliers and produce an audit report
- One of our consultants to attend regular staff and / or management safety meetings to discuss safety issues with management and team members.
- Provide in house health and safety training
- Assistance with CHAS and Construction applications
- Assistance with pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders
- Writing and annual review of your company health and safety policy

Our General Fees
- The "Competent Person Service" fee for subscribers is payable by monthly direct debit - to obtain the service the minimum period of subscription is 3 calendar months payable in advance.
- A consultant to attend short duration visits to deal with specific issues, such as attend meetings, can be arranged at a cost of £40.00 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours in any one visit. Mileage charged at £0.40ppm.
- Site Safety Inspections £100 per inspection, mileage charged at £0.40ppm.
- Administration £40.00 per hour i.e. completion of pre-qualification questionnaires, tender responses etc.
